**Kyorugi** with **Andrea Kilday** â Former Olympian and **TNZ Coach for the 2026 Oceania Championships** **Poomsae** with **Garry Carpenter** â **TNZ Coach for the 2026 Oceania Championships***Please note: Both seminars run at the same time, so participants can only attend one.*

**Times:****Saturday 10 October**
⢠Registration: 9:30am
⢠Training: 10:00am â 4:00pm
**Sunday 11 October**
⢠Training: 9:00am â 3:00pm
**Cost:**⢠$100 â Full Weekend
⢠$70 â One Day
**Who can attend?**Anyone who has entered the **TNZ Nationals**. If registrations exceed 50 participants, priority will be given to higher grade belts.

**Kyorugi Players:**Please bring your full training equipment, including:
Helmet Hogu Daedo socks (we will have electronics gear) All other sparring gear
**Don’t forget to bring:**⢠Personal medical kit (strapping tape, etc.)
⢠Lunch and snacks
⢠Water bottle
⢠Warm clothing for rest periods
