On Saturday, 5 September, I ❤️ TKD held a Poomsae Seminar in Tauranga, led by **Master Garry Carpenter, WT International Referee**.
The seminar was open to anyone interested in learning more about the rules of Taekwondo competition—whether they were a coach, athlete, parent or aspiring referee.
With the **Bay Open coming up on 12th September**, it was a great opportunity to learn new skills, improve everyone’s understanding of the competition rules and prepare for the event.
A big thank you to everyone who gave up their Saturday morning to attend, learn and be ready to give back when called upon. It was fantastic to see everyone coming together and supporting one another.
