I Love TKD will be holding two referee training workshops in preparation for the upcoming NZUTA Bay Open.

The seminars are open to anyone interested in learning more about the rules of Taekwondo competition, including referees, judges, coaches, athletes, parents and club officials.

Both workshops will be held at:

Selwyn Ridge Primary School
Welcome Bay, Tauranga

Kyorugi Referee Seminar

Date: Sunday, 30 August
Time: 12:00pm to 4:00pm
Registration: From 11:30am
Presenter: Aaron Dean

Aaron Dean is a WT International Referee and has been selected as one of the top 160 international referees.

Poomsae Judge Seminar

Date: Saturday, 5 September
Time: 9:00am to 12:00pm
Registration: From 8:30am
Presenter: Garry Carpenter

Garry Carpenter is a WT International Referee with extensive experience in Poomsae judging and competition officiating.

Seminar Information

Cost: $50 per workshop

Who can attend:
Anyone with an interest in the rules of Taekwondo competition.

Numbers:
There is no limit on the number of attendees.

Dress code:
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing such as a tracksuit, as there will be a considerable amount of sitting during the workshops.

What to bring:

• Water bottle
• Snack food
• Pen and notepad
